Post by euphoria1947 » Tue Aug 14, 2007 4:28 pm

Hello all,
Thanks to this form that, I could collect all details within less time and could send my documents to HSMP team soon. I've now struck at this point of time. I couriered to HSMP team through DHL to the following courier address in 07th AUG 2007
couriere address:-
Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor
Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

and in DHL website it showed like the document has reached. The below is displayed in the DHL website.
Destination service -- UK --> Leeds - UK
Signed for by: JOHNSON
Shipment delivered August 08, 2007 13:48

Now I want to know that is Sheffield comes in Leeds UK?
How else I can make contact with HSMP ppl to get my status?

these days, they are replying to all emails.

use skype, or such other softwares, to contact them if calling from overseas. you might need to remain on hold for a while, and that could be very expensive if using other systems/means to communicate with them via telephone.

my experience of average waiting time: between 3-4 minutes before a person finally responded.

Actually, although irritating (and, as you say, potentially expensive), 3-4 minutes is not too bad compared with some commercial telephone lines. (I've spent far, far longer than that waiting to talk to someone about an anomaly in my mobile phone bill, for example.) And if they are replying to e-mails that seems to be an improvement, too.
