Evidence of Annual Leave (absence periods) for ILR Set O

Dear all/moderators,

I would really appreciate an urgent reply to following querries

1) Is evidence of annual leave of upto 24 days/year ESSENTIALLY required in regards to Absence periods in ILR application ? If so could you please provide link to UKBA site supporting this

2) My visa was granted on 17.11.09 but I entered on 22.12.09, when does the qualifying period begin ?

Much appreciated- though I am still not a 100% as to why they have asked for "evidence of annual leave" ....utterly absurd !

PLease get letter from employer about the UK leave and entry dates for last 5 years. It does not say that you can take 24 or 25 days in a year. UKBA just need to know that while you were outside UK you were still employed with your sponsor.
