Work permit help requested

I recently have purchased a fast food business but am now struggling to run it along with my other small business (office based) and full time professional job.

My younger brother is in Pakistan and I wonder if there is a way I could somehow sponsor him to join me here and run that fast food business for me as an employee or even as a partner or something else as long he is legally able to run that work for me.

Could someone guide me please as to if this is even possible and if it is, some general guidance how to go about it please.

Not possible. The UKVI specifically use the example of fast food outlets as ineligible to sponsor...
