Dear MODS,

1.
I applied tier 1 extension in august 2012 using family home address. I rented a flat since 2011 for marriage. Now I can show cohabitation docs at new address but will CW object to why I applied previous visa from another address and now in this application i am showing i was living here.

2. I got visa on 20th Sep 2014 and have appointment on 23rd August 2014. Will I be okey?
3. I dont have a lot of cohab docs coz bills and c. tax is inclusive. Can i get a letter from frnds,relatives,landlord?
4. My tenancy agreement starts from 2011 but i used family home address for visa in 2012. Should i still show tenancy agreement coz other cohab docs are at rented flat.
5. One of my payslips shows less net income then I actually got.. will tht be a problem?
6. How long does it take to get british naturalisation and passport for my uk born child?
7. my marriage certificate of 2011 shows address of flat i rent. bt i applied visa using family home address..
I am sorry for asking so many questions.. but please help...

1. I don't think that's a problem
2. You got visa on 20th sep 2014 (future date)?
3. Submit whatever you have for ex: tenancy agreement from landlord, bank statements (personal bank accounts), gas/water/electricity bills if any, voter id, driving licenses etc.
5.why that so? should not be a problem as long as your total earnings met the req.
6. 6 months for registration (usually takes less time than that) + ~ 3 months

Cohabitation proof for PBS deps should be from the last extension date or to a max. 2 years.

In Last extension of aug 2012 i used my family home address but i was renting a flat for marriage as well since 2011.
Can i use tenancy agreement of 2011 as proof?
When i realised i need cohab docs i started transferring all me docs to rented flat address but i still do not have anything from august 2012 to July 2013. except a sky bill...

pbs dependent has it for the whole period.. she has all docs not the main applicant

Just supply what you have they're usually less restrictive for SET(O).

I have been here in UK since 17th Sep 2009 and visa is valid till 20th Sep 2014 ( Expiry). I am applying on 22nd August.. Its 28th day.. I hope I will be alright..

Can I actually give cohab docs at 2 different addresses at same time?

For eg: I have BRPs received ( main + dependent) of extension at my family home and bank statements at the same time for a rented flat ( main + dependent)...

We were actually moving all our documents from one addres to another .. so we were actually living at both places as well. one is family home and one is rented after marriage. i am going to give docs at both addresses.. Hopefull i am right..

2. When. i booked appointment set o form was 6/14 now set (o )guide version is 08/14... when i try downloading new form for set o it says page can not be found.. should i apply using 06/14?

My wife had done 2 years fast track BA hons from University of Wales. Shoe got PSW after that... will that be enough for her english requirement?
