Hi SS
There are lots of missing documents which you will have to provide to be successful

Find my comments inline

Qualifications -- The documents provided in this section is absolutely fine. You will I guess get 25 points.

1>Academic qualification University Degree
2>NARIC Letter for Uk Equivalance

Previous earnings / UK Experience - Please go though the case worker's guidelines and you will find you are missing your payslip & letter from employer. Also there is no nee to send 15 mths bank statement. Send only relevent claim period's statement
1>P60 for last year
2>Bank Statement for last 15 months

Age assessment -- Unless you have a valid reason for claiming exceptional evidence you cannot product your passport's notarized copy to claim points under thsi section. This will be rejected if your reason isn't acceptable. So I would advice you to produce either your birth certificate or your original driving license.
1>Notarised copy of passport

English Requirements -- This should be ok.

1>IELTS Score result

General advice. Spend some time in understanding the case worker's manual and find out the missing gaps. I am sure you will find many

Cheers
PG
