Hello Experts
Can you please advise.
When calculating my total Income for ILR points, can I also take the taxable gains on which I have been taxed into consideration?
For instance, my actual income before tax is £2000. However, I contribute monthly towards a company shares plan and every 6 months, i get taxed on the gains for this shares. This month, the total gains is £600 so I am being taxed on £2600 as opposed to £2000.
Does this £600 also count towards my income for the purposes of ILR.
I would appreciate your support
