180 Days gap in ILR 10 Visa

Hi experts;

This is a senario about 10 year ILR visa and please help me to find out any posibalities to get it!

Had student visa s - Sep/2004 till 30/Nov/2008

Left to Canada for a internship: 30/Aug/2008.( UK visa has expired after 3 months during in Canada)

Back to UK again as a dependent visa : 14/Apr/2009

And still live in UK as a dependent visa with no such a gaps.

Please let me know any possible to apply 10 years ILR with the calculation of time spent in out side uk.
