3 points & ILR on long residency

Dear All,

I am due for a ILR on 10 years long residence application now.
I had 3 points and £100 penalty on due to driving while talking on mobile phone given by police.
I paid the fine and did not contest the decision in court.
I gave my licence and counterpart in the police station.
I have received the counter part which has under 'Convicting Court Code' section write 2572 written.

Can any one please let me know what it means?
Would it effect my ILR long residency
and should I declare it on my visa form.
