Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Hi everyone.

From what I read on the UKVI site. 4000 applications were on hold if which approximately 750 were applications made from Pakistan. I have read a lot of posts saying that the 4000 are on hold referring to Pakistan but this is incorrect.

Thanks for the reply. Was she on 7 month contract job when she applied or was on 4 yrs of contract job?

Basically she had two jobs one sh started 4 years agin and one only 6 or months. On the employer letter all it said was that it was a permanent contract and had workd ther since and wage was etc . So basicly 2 jobs one being a few years and one only the few months but because they only require 6 months payslips it didnt rely affect anythng aslong as u meet th income with both the jobs. Hope this helps?

I'm at work at the moment but I can say with 100% certainty that the 4000 applicants on holf are from all over the world not just Pakistan. If you google the BBC article on this matter it does clearly say that 4000 cases from all over the world stand to be rejected etc.

But I am hoping inshallah people on hold will hear soon with good news.

Salam Beena. you don't need a template to write to MP.Its always someone from his office who deals with these types of queries. You can write like why are you writing this email, how many times you already have contacted Home Office Islamabad, Why you think your application should not be delayed then give details of your income and also English Test your spouse has taken in Pakistan and passed.

In simple words you just ask your MP to enquire about your case and find out the reason of delay or hold.

P.S Remember to give GWF number, D.O.B of applicant, Visa Centre where you applied and when? Passport Number, Reference Number

Also, one the passport, what date was the visa stamped? Was it just recently stamped or a few weeks before the call?
