Advice on EEA court appeal

I am married to Bulgarian national just made application for eea visa I have been refuse because the HO asking for prove of my wife income , I have been granted appeal my court hearing is on 19.08.2014 any advice or any help will be welcome

Yes I did hire barrister in my opinion she did well

Were you applying for an EEA Family Permit?

What was the reason given for the refusal?
