Hi everyone, I am a silent listener of this forum. By the grace of Allah today I have received my approval :). My time line is already on google drive but I don't know how to update it. If possible could anyone please update it for me? My name is Zee on google drive.

My time line:
Application send: 29/04/2014
Acknowledgement received: 06/05/2014
Biometric received: 21/05/2014
Biometric recorded: 21/05/2014
Approval date: 22/08/2014
Docs received: 26/08/2014

How long do they normally take to post BRP?

Good luck to all of you.

I want to apply for ILR on long residence basis. I just want to know if I need to attached my payslips and bank statement with my application?

I can't find anywhere in the application form a requirement for any additional documentation if I have all my passports that shows time I have been away from the country.

Also I'm on tier 1 general extension at the moment which is based on my normal salary, however at the time of my initial tier 1 application I was also running a business as we'll working as full time employee. Do I need to show any documentation for tax purposes.? Thanks

Hello,
If you are applying ILR on 10 years long residence, then all you need are:
1: completed Set(LR) application
2: two passport size pictures
3: all passports covering 10 years
4: BRP card if you were issued one
5: life in the UK pass certificate
6: English degree from UK or English language pass certificate

You don't need to submit anything else.
I hope this helps now.
Good luck with your application.

Hi modern_newton

thanks for your reply. Any chance you can explain me a bit more what you meant by compassionate ground please. When u said you got a response in 2 weeks, you mean from MP or from HO! If HO, does that mean you got your ilr processed quicker! I haven't heard from neither my MP nor HO so far.

Thx man

It looks like my credit card was charged today. The available balance has been reduced by £1093. :D

I was a bit worried my card may get declined and to be on the safe side I left a note with the card issuer to expect such a transaction. Lets see how long it takes for the charge to appear in my account

Dear Malavan,

Congratulations on ur ILR and good luck for ur Mrs FLRM.
If ur baby is born in uk u need to apply for registration on MN1 form once you get the certificate then u can apply for the passport. But if a baby is born AFTER u getting ILR then u dont need to get him register you can apply for his passport straight away.
hope it helps
