Post by sunny1988 » Wed Aug 27, 2014 12:02 pm

Hello,

I am currently holding Short Term ICT(Intra company transfer) Migrant Visa and My wife as dependent in same subcategory.

My Visa is expiring on 13th November,2014. My company wants me to apply for Tier ICT Long term upto 5 years for which I have to return to home country and apply for fresh entry clearance in long term category. I would like to have below clarifications:

1. Will the 41 K salary appropriate for upto 3 years and upto 5 years? Only the Visa fees is doubled in case of upto 5 years from 3 years .
2. My work dates on Tier2 - Short Term Staff is mentioned below. I started working in UK from 1st of December,2013 and I am working with this company previously with this company since July 2010. I want to know in regards to Supporting documents for Salary slips. How many months salary slips are required to attached with Visa Application.

Work dates
Start date: 11 November 2013
End date: 10 November 2014

3. Do I need to Maintain the funds and does it needs to be in India Account or UK Account.

Looking for a prompt response.

Thanks,
Mayank Mehta

1. The salary threshold of 41K is irrespective of the visa duration.

2. Generally, you can attach last 6 months payslips. It should be fine.

3. If your employer is a A-rated employer and has ticked the checkbox for maintenance while assigning you the CoS, then maintenance proof is not required. If they have not ticked it, you need to provide maintenance proof. You can show either UK or India bank account.

If I need to prove the Maintenance , Can I show My Maintenance of £945 in My UK Personal account and for my dependent £630 in her Personal UK account for 90 days duration at the time of application.

I have been maintaining funds since last 1 and a half month in above manner.

Please suggest if that is fine or all need to be shown in my account as Main applicant.

Sunny

Yes, you can do that. The guidance states that if you are applying together, the "family" needs to show evidence of necessary funds.

You need to ensure the amt for a continuous period of atleast 90 days (in both the accounts)

Please suggest if that is fine or all need to be shown in my account as Main applicant.

Sunny

Hello There,

There is another query strike to my mind, I am returning to India next month to apply for Tier2 ICT long term visa up to 5 years for me and my spouse. I have been looking through VFS India website for UK and did noticed that we will have to pay the Visa application fees online since December,2013. Could you please confirm if I could pay Visa fees using my Spouse or friend Visa Debit or credit card through Internet banking or is it mandatory to pay using main applicant card only.

Please review this query asap and extend your support.

Thanks,
Mayank Mehta
