Tier 2 General Dependent visa application query

Hi,
I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa and and already working in UK.

I shall be applying for a dependent visa for my spouse who is currently in India.

In the online application form, there is a section for details about the Main Applicant.
Is the main applicant still the holder of the Tier 2 General visa (i.e. me) ? Or would the Main applicant be my spouse who is applying for a Tier 2 dependent visa alone?

Finally, can we opt for a Priority Visa service for Tier 2 General dependent visa applications?

Please advise.
