urgent help pls.TYPE OF WEDDING CEREMONY IN FLR(m)

I am confused what to put in FLR M form in type of wedding ceremony.
i got married in india with my spouse in social gatherings like normal marriages in india,later i got it registered .
what should i put there .
please guide. thanks.

Assuming it was a religious ceremony, that's what you should put.
(Casa, not CR001)
