Earning Points Confusion and Dependent English Test...!

Post by tsadeel79 » Fri Aug 29, 2014 10:08 am

I am going to apply ILR next month on the basis of Teir 1 (G) and need quick guidance. My questions regarding previous earning & dependent English Test.

Q1-) I am claiming most of my points from previous employer worked 05/2013 - 04/07/2014. And claiming earning points from Sep 2013 to June 2014. Now the problem is I worked 6 days of July and then start new job from 7 July. I am planning to earn points from my previous employer and new employer like below

1- (Source#1) 1 September 2013 - 30 June 2014 (10 months)
2- (Source#2) 7 July 2014 - 31 August 2014 (2 months) (6 days gap)

I am confuse whether I include those 6 days of July into my earning list or not. If I am not include I am worried they consider as break continuity in earning.

I am already convinced that I am already getting enough points if i go with 1 source of earning from just my previous employer which is from September 2013 - June 2014. But for safe side I want to include my current employer make it complete 12 months and earn more points. But confusing for 6 days of july whether include it or not

Q2-) I am applying with 1 dependent came in Oct 2010 and qualified for 2 years according to rule before july 2012. She just passed her English language test B1 (Listening & Speaking test) from Trinity College per as UKBA English Test List. Is this OK? I am just worried and find from this forum HO make more check and delayed application if someone have Trinity College B1 L&S.

I hope someone can able to provide me quick assistance as I have only 1 1/2 week left for PEO.

Thanks...

You can provide 10 months earning if you have enough points from this. However,no problem if you have 6 days gap in your previous earning but you need to provide your previous employer payslips and its bank statements also.
Somebody getting delay because of English language from Trinity college (I have seen it in this forum).
Please make sure that Home Office latest English requirement document if it is there, no problem at all.

Thanks @Macro_Run

That's I am trying to find out. I worked with my previous employer until 6 July and they paid it for me accordingly. I do have the payslip and offer course it showing in bank statement. But what am not sure whether I include 6 days pay + full salary from new employer earning for month of July. For month of August off course it not confusing for me because I get full month pay from new employer. ONly issue is for 6 days pay in July

Please advice me this.

If you worked with your previous employer until 6th July 2014 then put the dates like below and do you have 6 days payslip?
If so,
1.Source#1 -> 1 Sep 2013 - 6 July 2014 => 10 payslips + 6 days payslip
2.Source#2 - > 7 July 2013 - 31 Aug 2014 => 2 payslips
There is no problem for the month of July 2014 payslips. Apparently, you do not have any employment gap in here.
