ILR query - when can I apply

ILR query - when can I apply

Hi...I came to the UK in March 2010 on Tier 2 (general) visa and moved to Tier 1 (General) vias in Aug 2010 while I was still in the UK. I got my Tier 1 extended for 3 years in August 2012 and is valid till Aug 2015.

Will I be eligible for applying for ILR in March 2015 or Aug 2015? There haven't been any breaks (except for very very short trips back home or for tourism) during my stay.

Thanks Amber. And as far as points for age is concerned, do I put my age when I got my Tier 2 (March 2010) or Tier 1 (Aug 2010)?

Thanks. I am aware that age should be related to the first time leave is granted. My query is whether Tier 2 is considered as a leave to remain or should I look at the age when I switched to Tier 1. My understanding is it should be Tier 2 age but still want to be 100%sure by getting a confirmation from one of the experts.
