Does claiming Child Benefit after ILR will on British Citize

Hi All
I recently go my ILR and my wife got Tier 1 general dependent visa extension for 3 years
and my baby boy born in uk .

My Question is
1.If i claim for Child Benefit on my name,will it affect on my British Citizen application next year ?
will it affect my wife visa ?
2.I am applying for my baby boy ,British birth certificate (MN1) now .will it be affected ??

I will appropriate your quick response.thank you in advance.
