Clarification for applying ILR visa for wife (PBS Dependent)

Dear Moderators,

First of all thanks for all your help in clarifying my all posts last time.

I'm on Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) (through Tier 1 - 5 years residence eligibility) and my wife who is currently on PBS Dependent visa and she is currently eligible for applying Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) based on continuous two years residence in UK

I have couple of questions which need to be clarified related to applying Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) for my wife PBS Dep:

1. Is it the ILR SET(O) form which we need to fill ?

2. Category which we need to apply for wife will be PBS Dependent as per my understanding, so do I need to show any earnings of Main applicant (mine who is already on Tier 1) for applying my wife's ILR Visa ?

3. What is the minimum maintenance funds I need to show here ?

When did your wife enter the UK?

If she qualifies, she will have to use SET (O) .

B1 and LIUK test will be required.

Thanks for your reply

She entered UK for the first time in August 2010 and left UK in March 2011 for Maternity and returned to UK in August 2012 (with Visa Entry Clearance visa granted in April/May 2011 from India ) and residing in UK since then, hope that clarifies.

B1 does it mean English test ? if that is case we got letter from University confirming her degree was taught in English and also UK NARIC letter confirming Statement of Comparability for her Masters completed from India

Please confirm if that suffice the requirment
