SET (O) from or SET (F) form for dependents of ILR?

Post by shace318 » Mon Apr 14, 2014 10:07 am

I got my ILR (from Tier-1) last week and planning to apply for my dependents in July 2014

my dependents are wife, daughter (born out side UK), son (born in UK)

1. even though my son has a tier-1 dependent visa currently, can I use MN-1 form to register and skip ILR
since he was born in UK and I hold ILR now?
2. should I use SET(O) form for my wife and include my daughter as dependent, is this possible? or should i use SET(O) for wife and SET(F) for my daughter. please advice

thank you
Rgds,
Shace

Yes! You can skip your son's ILR as he was born in UK. Apply using MN-1.

No you can't skip ILR for your son because you didn't have ILR when he was born.
