Child Tax Credit when only 1 Parent got ILR

hi,

I have recently got ILR (10 year route) and my wife got 2.5 years Visa as my dependant(not ILR)

we have a 3 year old daughter - can I apply for CHILDCARE TAX CREDIT, and if so does it affact my wives eligibility for ILR when its due?

You can. As strange as it may seem you need to claim in joint names. This won't affect your wife's ILR application.
