EEA2 Proof of address and ID (Urgent)

Post by mrkhan124 » Wed Sep 03, 2014 11:27 am

Hi Everyone

I am about to file my case under EEA2 route, Was just wondering that DVLA and Joint bank statement are enough as a proof of ID and Address? We both are living in a joint accommodation so do not have nay bill or tenancy agreement on our name.

Please help..much appreciated :)

Proof of ID needs to be a passport. Not a driving licence.

No need to worry about proof of address. Provide what you got.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)

Thanks for reply Jambo.

I have got Joint bank statement, marriage certificates, photos from last 8 months as we are living together and married, job contract of my EEA spouse(No wage slips yet).

Is that all enough to exercise treaty rights under employed section? or do i need health insurance as well?

Kind Regards

Hi,
I would suggest you to get a recent letter from your spouse employer certify that he employed with them.
Do you pay council Tax bills? its easy to add your name if you want a joint name on your bills.
