Original Marriage Certificate and Nikah Nama (both attested by Nadra and Union Council in Pakistan)
Marriage photos (think I submitted about 20 photos)
Evidence of communication (itemised mobile phone bills and whatsapp messages)
Wife's English Language Certificate (KET)
Wife's Medical Certificate
My employment contract for current and previous employer
12 months payslips
12 months bank statements
P60's for 2012-2013 and 2013-2014
Attested copies of my passport (every page; including blank pages)
Receipts of monies I used to send to my wife

I call uk embassy they said we have made a decison so cant esclate case again its been two weeks ago now i call 0512102000 but when they pick call in second they dropped it ..want to ask them about my passport but they dont recieve...dnt know why they taking long if decsion made ...applied in 6 feb and 7 months completed

my 7 months also completed.. thinking to call them.. if bhc not recieving then email bhc visa enquiry and tell them that uk embassy told u this thiss also email to that email form too and match both replies with uk embassy answer

Refence num is wriitn on reciept like ISL/.../.../. And gerry refrence num is wriiten top of the reciept hope u understand...

I already eamil them they said we have recieved a decison and than they said ur case is still under process very confusing

The the receipt I got is something as follows, it doesn't have any KHI/.../....../... reference number from gerry's.

ino someone hu applied august 2013 n got refused today. so shameful people are waiting this long and getting refusals

yes it is very confusing and difficult to understand that who is speaking truth..? don't know where to get correct updates.. seems like its just a game for them.. to make people happy saying decision made and then make them confuse saying its still under process..

i think u should write email again and write clearly again, ur situation and ask them that which update should we trust..

Hey everyone
I applied on 27th August2014 for spouse visa..been a week already ..i overstayed in uk before ..But now i am back in pakistan..applied for a fiance visa last year ..that got refused..so i called my mrs over ..got married in pakistan.n applied for spouse ..what r the chances and also i Heard they are replying back quicker than before ..how much is that true

:) cool bro. I have heard that judicial review can only be against the decision. Anyway Good luck bro. I have mailed them a letter but don't know if they received it :roll: Did you manage to send them a letter? what did Ombudsman say? everything is down to luck bro
