Going to UK on Tier 2 ICT after returning as Visitor

Hi,

Can anyone please answer the following query :-

My wife will be visiting me in the UK for 2 weeks on visitor visa. After coming back to India, she has to apply for a Tier 2 ICT and move to the UK again after around 2months. Is there any time period (like cooling) between the time she returns as visitor and she enters with T2 ICT?

no, there isn't, she can apply for entry clearance any time after her return to India and travel immediately after her application has been granted
