hi all

i need expert advised regarding T1 visa application.
i applied for T1 visa in dec 2012 in team psw route and it been refused and i will have appeal next month.
if i will refused in appeal can i make my another application with existing business which registed on nov 2012?????

yes you should be okay with that, arrange (immediately before you apply) yourself a current appoint report showing you as an existing director will do the job.

for the encouragement sake and genuine entrepreneur test, the older business is better where you can show progression and trading activities since one day.

customer relation manager which is level 4. is this business is ok with current guideline or do i have to change business

only your specific case worker can give the answer of precise yes or no. As it looks okay for us as per the guidance. However, your business plan must sell why this business and this position, in a very convincing way, that caseworker understands. That's all.

@ HITS123, online sales of fashion stuffs is not NQF level 4 except if you are a fashion designer.

Having the job role of ''customer relation manager which is level 4'' does not make your business to be at NQF level 4.
