URGENT..Tier 2 General - Resident Labour Market

Hi everyone!

Can someone help me out to understand if its possible to apply for Tier 2 General visa without carrying out the resident labour market test? I've been offered a full time job but the job has not been advertised? the employer is a licensed sponsor A rate.

Can anyone advise me please..

if your prospective employer is a licensed T2 sponsor they should know the rules.
