Hi Aromated,

Am not sure if we are not digressing from your actual objective. i think your aim is quite okay and informative but my understanding of your request is for those already scored by HSMP :!: and not those still awaiting approval :?:

You need to clarify this  in order to put your objective in proper perspective. :?

Hi lightpace
The title of the post is the "points scored by sucessful HSMP candidates" as claimed by them. This will help all those who r keenly waiting for their turn to come.
But their is no harm even if those who r in the pipeline r sharing their points.

If it helps anyone here are my details. I know the break-up of my scored points cause i have both a rejected and an accepted letter now. So here is how it goes :

Bachelor degree - 15
Spouse - 10
5 yrs experience - 25
Earning - 25

Total 75

Had claimed for 50 points under experience with Sr level but they gave me benefit for only 5 yrs graduate level exp.

Initially did not give me any points for earning but I appealed and sent an excel sheet with reconciled data from all docs of proof and got earning points to sail home.

But inspite of the earning points they still did not give me senior level points.

Yes thats quite close to your 28th birthday. Did you post your application on the 3rd of September or was it recieved by the HO on the 3rd. I hope its the later and not the former.

Good luck!

MAuhur, congratulations on your success. it means ND was rght when he said they only deal with urgent applications every Friday. so if you put in your application on thurs chances are they will get to it the next deal. which is good news for those getting jobs Cause the longest that you will wait with a job offer is probably only 10 days. However lets still keep our fingers crossed that there is a change in the actual waiting process for everyone

YES Guys i sent my application on 31st August 2004, it was received by Doncaster on 3rd Septmeber 04 (according to Fedex) but in one mail they allocate me reference number mentioning that they have received my application execatly on 6th September 04.

This was another confusion and i sent an email to them expaining that my application reached there on 3rd September with quoting online tracking number of my shipment.

The replied that they would confirm it and would decide accordingly

Ghazala,
You should be fine I think even if it is the 6th of September. HO should consider that as under 28 category.

it probably wont be a problem. just keep whatever documentation that you might have have to prove that they should have received it on the 3rd just in case there is a problem
