ILR Query - When Can i apply

Dear Friends,

My query is when can i apply for ILR ? my visa details are as below. if you could help please.

First Visa Type - Tier 2 ICT, Applied from India
First Visa Start Date - 21 Dec 2009
Date of first Landing in UK - 03 Jan 2010
First Visa Expiry Date - 02 Feb 2013

Second Visa Type - Tier 2 ICT long Term Leave To Remain (Extension applied with in UK)
Second Visa Start Date - 22 Jan 2013
Second Visa Expiry Date - 24 Jan 2015

You can apply ILR from 24 Nov 2014 to onward
