Court Decree

Hello all, I am going it apply ILR on this month. I have a public records on my credit file. A decree was issued against me from court. Can any one help ? should I declare it on my application form and what impact it would have on my application?

I think you mean a CCJ? Yes it needs declaring.

Thanks for your reply Amber, yes it's a court decree to recover funds (business gas/electric bill) from me. I am going to mention it in my form as a arrangement is agreed between us throughout their solicitors and I am payment them in instalment. My question is that would it effect my ILR leave application or not?
