Tier 2 General Migrant Restricted CoS: chnage of employer

Hello,

I have got Tier 2 General Migrant with restricted COS. I am working with the current employer.

Is it possible to change the employer now? Please explain me if there are any restrictions.

You can make a change of employment application if you have an unrestricted CoS from a new sponsor.

Hi,

Is there any time period to be served before applying for unrestricted COS as i have currently restricted COS on Tier 2 Gen Mig. My visa is valid from July 2014 only.

yes, you can make a change of employment application but for it to be successful you'll have to meet all the applicable requirements as well (skill level, salary, etc)
