Those of us who applied on 6 of May seems to be well forgotten by the HO! We are in minority here to have had our applications approved:( Did they messed up the files order and moved us to the very end of waiting line???

122 days passed since I applied.

When I applied average processing time was 50 days. It is more than 4 months already now.

This is the most arrogant government in the history for immigrants. You can see historical fee increases in last 5 years and compare that with the treatment we get from Home Office.

Are not they humiliating us? We pay about £900 for 3 hours of work by a case worker. Will somebody tell madam Theresa that passport delays were due to her poor planning, nothing to do with us!

Called home office as i keep checking if any letters have been sent to old address

got told I have been assigned a case worker :D

Also their call centres are now really busy so they had to bring some people in from other places who are now on some calls too and take your details for someone to call you back!!

I can only see this as a good sign that theyre getting busy once again

took a long time for somebody to answer the call whereas earlier on i was only kept waiting for a minute or two

Hi all
Received my approval today dated 29/08...
They have posted the letter to my previous address in spite the address is 3 years old..
I called them and was advised that a letter was sent out but to a different address and not to the current one. It's confusing because I received my acknowledgment here.
Additional info I had 2 speeding Offence in my driving licence. Need to book appointment for oath

Congratulation nav8, try to save your 2 speed penalty. Normally they check in interview as far I know. Good luck

Apparently there is nothing to worry about. I was told by an immigration lawyer that Russian applications take longer (4 months +) because of the bureaucracy in Russia. And it is always the case, not even due to the current situation...

omerGB, indimarshal , [iD] are you guys still waiting ?

I think the time we applied is very close the the time when they sent the team to Passport office to clear the backlogs,

so probably they assigned our case to someone who is still in the passport office or went on holiday and they are not bothered to reassign as its still under teh 6 months time limit

same here Getting lots of multi coloured takeaway adverts but no brown envelops

Did receive a few brown ones but from HM Revenue :)

Hope we get an answer soon ( most furstrating thing is that if you call them they cant tell you if someone has started any work on it or they have lost the paperwork altogether )

Have to agree with someone who said the postman has become a celebrity for us few
