ILR LR Sec D8, Please clarify

Post by moonwalk30 » Wed Sep 10, 2014 9:23 am

Dear members,

I am about to send my application for ILR (LR) next week and need to confirm one point in immigration history section of D8 which is,

D8. Have you ever stayed in the United Kingdom beyond the end of your period of leave?

I have had a visa refusal back in 2008, an appeal was lodged within 28 days which was allowed and visa was granted subsequently.

My question is, have I stayed beyond the end of my leave for the period of time between refusal date of that visa and appeal submission date which was around 14 days?

Do I have write any info regarding that refusal/appeal in Sec D8?

Thanks for your time in advance.

No, not if you successfully appealed.
