English Requirement - Easy to book / Quick result

I'm looking to book a English language certificate exam for my citizenship application. (HSMP 2008, 4+1)

Can someone suggest one that's a combination of the following: easy to pass, quick to book and quick/instant result.

Oooh I dont know if mods allow it or not.

But, here is the one I just used, and with special delivery they posted my certificate in seven working days.
