ILR questions please answer

Dear Members,
Can someone please answer my questions?
My visa: Tier 1 General
I came to UK on 18-Nov-2009
My ILR is due on 18-Nov-2014. I think I can apply any time after 21-Oct-2014 please suggest if I am wrong.
My child was born in UK on 07/02/12 and got her Indian passport with Tier 1 dependant visa she even travelled to India two times.
My questions are:
1. Can I skip my daughter in my ILR application and apply only myself and my wife?
2. Can I apply naturalisation for my daughter after getting my ILR?
3. I don't have payslips from Nov 2009 to May 2010 do we need to show all the 5 years payslips?
4. My understanding is SET (O) application form is for main applicant and SET (M) is for dependant. Please advise if I am wrong.

When was the leave to enter granted?

Yes.

Wrong. You have to fill your dependent details on same SET(O) form which you are using for yourself if you are applying together.

My initial visa was granted on 30-Dec-2008 I arrived UK almost a year late.

Please answer my another question:

I have P60 for all the years except 2009-10. I worked only 5 months from 18-Nov-09 to 05-Apr-2010 during this year and I don't have payslips also for this period. Do I need to have P60 for all the years?

You can apply for ILR on or after Monday, October 20, 2014

You don't need P60 for all five years but there is a solutionfor missing P60.
