Advise how to get a work permit without Employer certificate

Hi

I was wondering if someone can guide me.I am living in UK and I want my cousin sister to come from Pakistan and live here in UK.But she is reluctant as she does want to be a liabilty on me or anyone or this economy.

She is highly skilled working as a Assistant vice president in a reknowned bank .I have tried to talk to some employer for her job ,but they say that the would have preferred if she was here or apply from pakistan .But applying from Pakistan does not help they want the candidate to be here.

Can anyone help me or guide me a direction where I can get a solution to my query .I know getting jobs here is difficult but not impossible........

in my opinion, if your cousin sister is in a stable job earning enough money ( from your post i think she is) i recommend that she stays there and enjoy life in Pakistan and be happy. You can ask her to visit UK any time. Comming here and looking for work and staying here permanantly, in my experience will be the biggest mistake.

I am here for more than 9 years and trust me I regret the day i got my first visa in pakistan. Life here is full of stress with so much taxes and away from loved ones.

If i were you, i would have asked her to enjoy life be close to Allah and take very good care of parents and loved ones. life is short. I wish i could turn back time when i used to work in Pakistan in a very good job and stress free life. Anyway its my personal opinion your view might differ to mine. Your option is the ask your sister to visit UK on visit Visa and then she can meet the potential empoyer and ask them to arrange for sponsorship etc.

there is no such way.
She can alos not come on tourist visa with intention to give an interview and look for jobs.
The best and only way is she applies for a job while being in her home country, and if she gets one, she can then aply for visa, after being sponsored by the employer.
