That's an amazing response time, CR001. I'm also not surprised you didn't opt for Check and Send. Curious though - how is it that you chose the Belfast IPS? Unfortunately, I applied last week through the Post Office and am likely not going to be hearing from them for a few weeks at the very least.

The interview is booked in Derby (they also offered Leicester and Sheffiled).

Thanks! It was in Derby. The questions were the standard ones, mentioned here many times: job, profession, counter-signer, family, banks, where and how I had applied. Nothing unusual.

BTW, got the printing SMS this morning.

Hi Guys, Just had a first passport interview a couple of days ago and still haven't received that SMS message about the passport being printed..Is it random or standard to receive this message? I might have answered yes to a 'no' question by mistake regarding wether or not the mobile phone contract is in my name .(if that was the question) to which I said yes(phone belongs to my cousin), and could that be the reason?
