Dependent VISA Application form of ILR Applicant

Hi Guys,

I was on Tier 1 General and my ILR application(SET(O) approved last month. My wife and Kids are also eligible to apply for ILR now and planning to apply for them. They are on Tier 1 Dependent VISA and valid till the end of this year.

I have the below questions now.

Which form needs to be used for my dependents while applying for ILR?
Do i need to fill separate form for each of my dependent?
