FLR (M) and Tier 4 Student

Post by anas123456789 » Tue Sep 16, 2014 7:37 pm

Hello Guys

i am on student visa and my wife is my dependent. I am applying for ILR (based on 10 years) but wife has to apply for FLR (M). my question is:

will i still need to show requirement of 18600 yearly income despite being student? i am student so my job plus my wifes job does not add up 18600 yearly income. please advise

To clarify from your previous post are you talking about FLR(M) or SET(LR). If you apply for SET(LR) you do not need any yearly income.

hi

thanks for your reply

i am basically referring to my wifes application which will be FLR (M). I am student and my wife is student dependent. both of are earnings are not close to 18600. in this case what option is available for my wife?

can she apply FLR M application even if our household income is not 18600?
