Tier2 dependant online- proof of address - VERY CONFUSING

hi all

PLEASE HELP !

Applyign for tier2 extension online with UKVI, in the end of online application it is requesting for additional supporting documents for my wife (2 documents for address proof )
The problem is that UKVI requires the address proof to be one month old from the date of application.
for Bank statements this is possible to be one month old but

how about
Driving license/NHS registrations etc as these are issued when we move in to a new address and is not practical to be one month old.

Are these address proof mandatory and should be within a month old? The requirement is not mandatory for paper form applicatiin.. Ukvi is so confusing now..
