FLR M Application while college license Revoked

hi all member of board
My nephew is student his wedding is gonna be held on this weekend with British Girl and he has got appointment of marriage registration on Monday but today he just received email that his college will surrender their License and will be close down from Friday.

what will be his status can he done marriage registration while 60 days period with out get admission in new college
and shall he need to get new admission before sending his FLR M application to home office even though he will be under 60 days periods. or there will be a problem and must needs to get new admission

dear members plz explain how to handle this situation
