Hi wondering if someone could help me or has come across this before, we applied for a UK visa settlement on 23 May still waiting to get a decision we sent a e-mail last week to check if any update and they said there was no record found all information was correct so I phoned and was the same we had a e-mail on 12 August to say are case was on delay but I got a e-mail today saying there is still no record found but on 10 September are case was escalated we will be contacted soon as their is a update what does this mean would it mean as their is no record they are about to make a decision or that they just take us of delay?
Your help would be much appreciated.
