Hi All,
I am applying for my ILR next year (7th Jan).Here are my absence from UK.I know all absence are less then 180 days.Would unpaid leave cause any issue ?

Hi,
You don't need to worry about your unpaid leaves. I had 47 days unpaid leave and had successful ILR application.
I don't think you even need any letter for the absences from your employer, but just for your self satisfaction if possible take a letter for paid leaves.

I have the same confusion, can you please clarify about it? Were you out of the UK when unemployed? I read in some threads that we should not go out of UK while not being employed. Any clarification about this is highly appreciated. Thanks.
