Tier 2 while i applied for Tier 4

My immigration history

Came to uk in 2007
Tier 4 Student from 2007 to 2009 (did my HNC and HND)
Tier 4 Student from 2009 till 2011( did BEng honours)
Tier 1 PSW till jan 2014
applied for Tier 1 (Enterprenuer) end of december but received refusal
within 28 days of refusal applied for Tier 4 Student (the college i have applied for is suspended now)
got interview on 15th of September been to interview now waiting for decision

Now my question is
I have got an employer who is willing to sponsor me for Tier 2 work permit. Can i apply for that?? If yes what will be the procedure i mean should i wait for my decision for tier 4 or should i withdraw my application and then apply for tier2 or can i apply while my application been decided??
