7) Bank statement for last 3 months
Last 6 months salary slips
9) Latest Form P-60
10) Employer Reference Letter
11) Life in UK pass certificate
12) Degree - For english language
13) Point based calulator print out showing 10 points for english against degree
14) Latest letter issued by Home Office when Tier 2 ICT was last extended
Queries ---
1) Could you please let me know if I am missing anything ?
2) Do I need to take address proofs also ? (The application is just for myself )
3) Is there a particular order in which I should arrange my documents.
