Switching to Tier-2

Hello,
I am currently on Tie-1 general , but I never worked in UK and I think I won't get another extension on April 2015 - what if I want to switch to Tier -2 visas? I heard that there are umbrella companies that can help sponsor Tier-2 and in return they take part of the earnings, any ideas if these companies exists and are they legal? can they sponsor me while I can work for other employers?

They do exist but they are not legal under tier 2
