Tier 2 (ICT) to ILR

Hi,

Oct 10th is the date I have applied for the ILR along with 2 dependants.Below are the documents looking to take along with me.I am on Tier 2 (ICT) at the moment.

Main Applicant
1) Online booking appointment
2) Online Payment Sheet
3) Form Set(O) - Filled
4) Photographs -02
5) Passport
6) BRP Card
7) Bank statement for last 12 months
8 ) Last 12 months salary slips
9) Last 5 - Years P-60
10) ILR support Letter from the Employer
11) Life in UK pass certificate
12) Degree - For english language
13) Point based calculator print out showing 10 points for english against degree

Dependant 1 (Spouse).She has been working as well.

1) Form Set(O) - Filled
2) Photographs -02
3) Passport
6) BRP Card
7) Bank statement for last 12 months
8 ) Last 12 months salary slips
9) Last 3 - Years P-60
10) Marriage Certificate
11) Life in UK pass certificate
12) Degree - For english language
13) Point based calculator print out showing 10 points for english against degree
14) Employee reference letter

Dependant 2 (Child)

1) Form Set(O) - Filled
2) Photographs -02
3) Passport
6) BRP Card
7) Birth Certificate

What should I submit as a proof to show we have been living together all this time ?
Is there anything I am missing ?

In addition to all docs you mentioned i carried leave absence letter from my company as well .

I am mostly worried about, what proof do I need to show to prove that me and my wife have been together all this while.

Any suggestions are highly welcome.

Chan - Can you tell if for Main Applicant Item (12) and (13) would be sufficient enough to prove English Language?

Especially for item (13), I don't think you will be presented with English Language Requirement points when you do Points Based Calculator for TIER 2 ICT. Can you Clarify?
