Hello Everyone,

I applied for my ILR on the 10th of September. I still haven't received my acknowledgement letter. Would anyone know what might have caused the delay? Should I be worried about it as I need my documents back by the 1st of March to fly back home. Will appreciate your advise.

Hi dream40,
Regards to copies of passports please provide copies of all pages of your last passport and just the information pages on the old passports like the first pages with information about you, and copies of any visa and entry and exit stamps.
Regards to your pay, if you have 12 months worth of statements and payslips than there is no harm in attaching them, I did the same thing, as far as you fulfil the minimum requirement any thing else is icing on the cake
Kind regards

Hello Yousufzai bro ,

As you were on 3c and 3d in the end of your 10 years , would you like to answer these question if you feel free to answer ?

You applied your self or through solicitor ?
Your 3c and 3d ends on 15th JUNE 2014 ? or you were still waiting for any appeal to hear or some thing ?
Did you submit Your Master degree for English test requirement or you just did any English test ?
if you can tell us little bit about your 3c and 3d cause or reason ?

Well bro , here i don't want to confuse you and you don't need to worry about any thing as we are just discussing here ...i never mean that because of this or that some one case is delaying ...keep praying and our prayers are with you as well ...

Regards ,
S.Akaram

Thanks fielddrive.

I called them a while back. The person on the phone was very helpful. He said it might be in the post but he anyway raised an online request for the biometrics invitation and said can take upto 15 working days to get it.

Apologies forum, I wasn't to sure of how to add my time line on Google drive.
My case was straight forward. Although I had one refusal, which was not my fault. It an error from the Home Office.I requested for my passport in June 2005, and they cancelled my application in error, which I had to reapply and my leave to remain has expired. Eventually, I went to appeal court which I won.
So, I wrote a covering letter to explain to the case work that I have one application in the last 10yrs which was refused due to error from the Home Office.
