Limited company and Tier 1 Extension

Hi,
I am currently working as a contractor and my salary is getting processed through an umbrella company.

I am planning to form my own limited company. I will go for my Tier 1 extension in April 2015 and then for ILR in Dec 2015.

Can you please let me know if limited company formation will have any impact on my visa extension?
