ILR PEO enquiry

Hi, i am on tier 2 general. I am thinking of applying for ILR on 29 oct 2014. Can anybody advice ,as per the requirement, My payslip dated 30 sept 2014 will be accepted or not? As it just fall on the last day of the calender month and as per the requirement it should be within one calender month

Your advice will be appreciated.

There's no such requirement. You can use any of your salary slips in a consecutive 12 month (maximum of) period over the last 15 months.

Hi Thanks for your reply. But I think its a requirement for tier 1 general and i am on tier 2.

Oh right, I'm so sorry David I didn't realise that. I seem to have missed that. My point was only in reference to Tier 1. I'll let someone else clarify your query hopefully.
