Hi,

I am full time MBA student and live in London along with my fiance. My fiance is on Tier 2 - employer sponsored visa since last year. We are going to get married in Dec, 2014 in India. My question is can I apply for dependent visa from London in Jan 2015, as we will come back from India in 1st week of January and my student visa will be finished on 25th February 2015.

Please suggest me the way along with required visa application documents.
