Immigration Status During Judicial Review

Hi there, i really want a help from you guys please, i have applied for FLR(M) application, some how my application was rejected and i have applied for Judicial review, can any one please tell me what will be my immigration status during JR and am i still allowed to continue my job

No JR is not a statutory right of appeal, so you have no section 3C, and hence no right to continued employment.
